Now you inhale positivity slowly and exhale your negativity sharply. Aim to do that for about 10 minutes every day and with practice it will become easier day by day. The results of meditation will make you wonder why you didn’t start it earlier! A happier and more energetic day with very low stress and anxiety levels will pay you back for those 10 minutes!
