INGREDIENTS:

400g can organic coconut cream

80ml (1/3 cup) honey

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

Blueberries, to serve

Toasted coconut, to serve

 

 

METHOD:

Step 1: Place coconut cream, honey and chia seeds in a bowl.

Step 2: Stir well to combine.

Step 3: Cover and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.

Step 4: Divide among serving glasses.

Step 5: Top with berries, and coconut if desired.
