Fleur’s Story
Originally I started with Miss Vitality because I was having some challenges with maintaining my energy level during the day, and was having a major after lunch slump. As I work as a life coach and a seminar facilitator and a Mum, I need to be on my game all the time, especially during peak times – so I can be the best I can be for me clients and my children. Once I identified my symptoms, I was given a clear path forward – addressing a number of areas for me – including getting a good night’s sleep, balancing my hormones & blood sugar and getting regular exercise. Once I started on the program, made some minor adjustments to my diet and exercise routine, I felt better within a couple of weeks and have managed to maintain them, even through some quite stressful times.
